Mandy Minshall

Practice Manager

Mandy joined Springfield in March 1983 as a qualified veterinary nurse and became head nurse, looking after a team of eight nurses. As the practice expanded and more nursing staff were employed, Mandy became nursing manager overseeing 22 nurses and taking on a more administrative role. In September 2003, after further expansion, Mandy became the practice manager and now oversees the eight branches and 80+ staff employed at Springfield.

Mandy owns three dogs; two Labradors, Skye and her son Flynn, and a working Cocker Spaniel called Murphy. All three are trained gundogs and they attend the local gundog training club and work together during the shooting season. Mandy trained all her dogs and competes with Flynn in gundog working tests, which involves travelling up and down the country competing during the spring and summer.

Christine Radley

Christine joined Springfield in 2009 working on reception at Rotherham.  In 2011 she became our HPC Administrator, which involves ensuring the smooth running of our very successful Healthy Pet Club direct debit scheme.  She has a fourteen year old Springer Spaniel called India.  In her spare time, she enjoys walking and reading books.

Jane Crane: Reception Manager

Jane joined Springfield as a receptionist at the Wickersley branch in 1998 and moved to the Rotherham Hospital in 2006 to become Head Receptionist. She is now the reception manager, and is involved in the recruitment and training of all the reception staff at Springfield.

Jane loves animals and has a menagerie including a French Lop called Clyde, a ferret, a parrot, a budgie and six dogs ranging from Springer Spaniels to a Chihuahua!

Pam Suter

Pam joined Springfield in 1997, first working on reception at Crystal Peaks and then moving to Rotherham in 2010 to take on her current role as office administrator, which includes dealing with accounts, compiling month end financial reports, clinical auditing and planning events.  Pam has a Staffie cross called Max, who she rescued from Crystal Peaks.  In her spare time, Pam is a child welfare officer for a local junior football team.

Sue Otter

Sue joined Springfield in 1991 as an evening receptionist.  In 2000 she become personal assistant to the Practice Manager, then in 2003 Sue became Office Administrator which involves organising the banking, debt collection and reception duties.

Sue has rescued two cats from Rotherham called Big Bob and Sweep. Sue’s interests include socialising, going to the gym and looking after her grandchildren.
